All services rendered by Codewrench require payment, as outlined in our proposals and agreements. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in each service contract.
Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under Belgian law, plus all collection costs. Failure to pay after repeated notices may result in the suspension or termination of services.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, associated with our services remain the sole property of Codewrench.
Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables created for you, as specified in the service agreement. This license is for your internal business use only.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR and Belgian data protection laws. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered prior to termination remain due.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services without notice if we suspect you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activity.
We strive to provide the best possible service but offer no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance or availability of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without any implied or expressed warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event will Codewrench, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
